Element Compass draws a Chinese Five Elements birth chart from the birth details you enter and explains it in plain English. These terms cover your use of the site and of any account you create.
What Element Compass is — and is not
Element Compass is a tool for reflection built on the BaZi tradition. Its readings are interpretive, not predictive facts, and they are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Decisions about your health, money or relationships remain yours.
Your account
You need an account only to save charts and return to them; drawing a chart does not require one. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us if you believe someone else has used it.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us; saved charts are deleted with it.
Your content
The birth details you enter and the charts drawn from them belong to you. We store them only to show them back to you and, if you ask, to keep them under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not create accounts by automated means, probe or overload the service, or use it to harass anyone. We may close accounts that do.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
